Description Tobiko (flying fish roe) is a popular sushi roe used to garnish sashimi and many types of sushi rolls. Our tobiko is the original Tobikko® brand, a distinct Asian-style caviar processed in Japan. The small crunchy eggs add an additional flavor and “pop” of texture and color. Aside from sushi applications, black tobiko is especially striking when used as a garnish on scallops, lobster and raw oysters. It can also be enjoyed like classic caviar by pairing with blinis and crème fraiche or smoked salmon. Ingredients: Flying Fish Roe (Indonesia/China, Wild), Herring Roe (Scotland, Wild), High Fructose Corn Syrup, Gluten Free Soy Sauce (water, salt, soybeans, alcohol), Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, FD&C Red #40, Yellow #5 and Blue #1.
