This French breed of cow produces milk that is distinctive for its high butterfat, and is the secret behind classic French cheese as Camembert and Pont L’eveque. The beautiful Suzette is creamy like no other with a lingering savoury note on the palette. As a washed rind it is has a lovely cabbagy aroma. Yum Its lovely striated exterior reveals a luscious cream line beneath its pale washed rind. Its interior reveals a slightly chalky centre when young, which develops into an unctuous ooze as it matures. Perfection.
