A plain, unseasoned clear jelly. Supplied in 15 x 1kg Packs. Usage Instructions Add 28.5 grams dry mix to 2.835 litres cold water. Bring to boil, and boil for 2 mins cool to 49°C before using as a gel in pies. Discard after use and do not reheat.
