Method to use 1. Prepare 390gm of boiled water. 2. Dissolve 28gm of shortening into the boiled water. Water temperature maintained at 95 – 100 degree celcius 3. Add the boiled water to 1 packet (500g) of QQ snowy moon premixed mixed and beat well to form smooth and soft dough. 4. Wrap the soft dough with food wrapping film and keep chilled for 1 hour. 5. Scale 50gm each of the dough. Shape into round, flatten and wrap in a portion of favourite filling . 6. Keep the finished goods chilled to get better mouth feel.
