Description High Voltage Test Probe The HVP-40 is a high-voltage probe by Pintech, typically used to measure voltages that can be life-threatening.  It is a larger probe designed to protect a person against high voltages up to 40KV.  The 3 leads attached to it can be connected to any multimeter.
