Description Yellow garri is one of the varieties of garri in west Africa, it is also referred to as yellow gari, or yellow garri. Yellow garri or yellow gari is made from dried grated cassava (manioc) flour, commonly known as Garri or Gari It has a pleasantly sour taste, yellow garri is great for soaking when you add cold water, some people prefer to add milk, sugar, groundnut, peanut or cashew nut to the yellow garri for maximum enjoyment. It is quite refreshing especially during the summer season. Yellow garri could also be used to prepare Ẹ̀bà when added to a bowl of boiled water. Ẹ̀bà is a staple food mainly eaten in the West African subregion, particularly in some parts of Ghana and Nigeria.
